Reflecting on 2025 with Gratitude

Before looking ahead, we pause to appreciate what made 2025 so special—our people.

Our dedicated staff brought compassion, professionalism, and heart to their work every day. Their kindness and commitment create the warm, supportive environment our residents call home.

One standout moment from the year was our Ugly Christmas Sweater Happy Hour, which filled the room with laughter, creativity, and holiday cheer—an example of the joy that defines our community.

We also extend sincere thanks to our Executive Director, Leigh Boney, whose leadership and genuine care continue to shape Golden Pond into a place where residents and team members thrive.
